Logging issue

So I don't know why, but I'm getting an error that says Could not load file or assembly "Tripper.Tools. Version=1.0.0.0. Culture=neutral,PublicKey yada yada yada.
Is this due to me being on another computer or what? anyone have any idea?

make sure all Hb files are under the same folder and also dont use any shortcuts for Hb exe
