Spot the new guy ...

Im tired and been looking at this since I got it, so Im probably missing the obvious.

How do (can) I tell HB what times it can be online during, when to take breaks etc?

Ive set up HB fine and it seems to quest fine, but what happens if Im set to 1-58 and I turn 58/59, does it just stop or do anything else?

Ive read how to setup my own mining runs, but what happens when my bags get full?

I had another question but Im too tired to remember it ...

Set up tasks in HBRelog.

If you are using Kick's profiles, it will automaticly load the next profile when you reach specific levels.

If using Gatherbuddy for gathering you can choose to either Hearth and Exit, Mail to Alt or Deposit to Guild Bank when your bags are full.

get some rest, and ask the questions you want to be answered.
a good way, if you have multiple questions: umber them. it also makes it easier to answer them.
and the next hint: use the search bar. i know the buddyforum search isn't the best, but you can get some valuable information.

now to your questions:
1. How can you tell Honorbuddy when to be online, make breaks and so on:
answer: external apps. ARelog and HBRelog do this task. both Apps are found here in the board. subfolder plugins. personally i prefer HBRelog.

2. Questing
answer: if you use kicks questing profile, and it runs well for you, the profile will walk to the next profile automatically. you don't need to do anything, if you hit 59. the profile will realize it, and load the next profile alone.

3. Bags Full
answer: in your honorbuddy settings & tools, there should be a field to enter mail recipient. if you use gatherbuddy2, you have to enter a mail recipient in the bot config. if your profile supports sending, and has a mailbox inside, the bot will realize your full bags, go to the mailbox, and send everything that is configured in the profile to the mail recipient.

edit: why haven't i seen Pwn's post. i swear. i posted 9 minutes after him, but i didn't see his answer, which is absolutely correct, which has nothing to add, and lets me look like a foolish parrot.
