hi why do my hb say
The HTTP connection failed! Are you sure you are connected to the internet?

i have 1 year hb payed , i tryed shut down firewall . ??

auth servers where attacked as I understand so it blacklisted ips,
pm boss your IP so he can unban it

Surely the bans have timestamps? Can't you guys just remove all bans from the last 48 hours? As a business you guys should be sorting this out, not just telling everyone to PM someone whos inbox is full.
