[Log-Report] Can't login.

Sorry if isn't the right place, i'm new here
Hi Boss,
i just bought my Honorbudy from the site, already recieved an e-mail telling me that the payment was confirmed.
But i couldn't login on website neither on forums.
I already tried to reset my password two times, but the new password that i recieve still don' work.
I got the message "Wrong User name or Password"
It was like 10 hours ago ( at the morning on brazil, it's night right now)
Then i was curious if my login was really released so i try to make another register with same login and it worked, a new login was created with the same username but with different e-mail. But i bought the HB from the first e-mail.

No, the username is actually this one that i using right now. Sh4c4w
the problem is... after creating the user... i try again and the site just advertising telling me that the e-mail already exists... not the username. So i could create again the same user name ( this one that i'm online right now ) with a dif e-mail. The problem is that i already purchased the hb with the first e-mail and this user name and couldn't login .
 
And how the hell do i edit my post, want to remove the e-mail as Xume advertised.
 
make sure that you are trying to log with your shop acc
and you can ask for a pass reset here
