hi at all pls help me i have buy HB today per pay pal the elite key for one session but i cant log in what is the problem??

use the key on username field and leave all the other fields empty

dont work-.- hb show me pls enter your shop passwort and nothing!!! i cant log in that sucks have key and the shop pw and nothing work


my error report is :
loggin in......
buddy sessions0/0
shared session 0/0
invalid account details
authentication failed

and my session/key is buddyauth.com inaktive^^
