Log In Problems

hey i can log in on Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal but i cant log it on the client it says Invalid Account Details Authentication Failed!

Invalid Account Details
[8:31:29 PM:088] Authentication failed!
[8:31:39 PM:889] Logging in...
[8:31:40 PM:367] Buddy Sessions: 0/0


how do i fix this?
when i log on buddyauth it says that my key is Unused / Inactive

ok ty sir but now when i log in it says this
