Log in issues

haven't been able to log in to Hb for like 12 hours now,I'm not sure at all if the Auth. servers are down or there's something on my end that needs to be looked at.

How can I tell?...is there a link to the Authorization server?

The Message I'm getting is: Hexadecimal value 0x 00 is a Invalid character line 1 position 1

make a new installation from scratch and you should be fine

I get that as well (No auth servers available right now). Restarted it and it worked, although I had just started HB.

just had this issue with my warlock when power dropped and pc turned off, had to delete all setting files related to that character to resolved the hexadecimal 0x00 issue
