Log-In error

Ok, so now I can log into HB. Only problem is I get the error box of woe. It says honor buddy has encountered a problem. And, not all privileges or groups referenced are assigned to the caller. Anyone know what this means?

If your running win7 or vista run it as Admin.

I am running it as admin, but now get the same error box with a new message. It says:

Could not load file or assembly 'fasmll managed. Version=1.0.3829.8764. Culture=neutral. PublicKeyToken=53d73c680b668dc5' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
