Loads process but doesn't load a login screen

Hi there

I just downloaded honor buddy and followed the steps exactly on how to open it and attach it and everything, however all it does is open a process but doesn't come up with the login information to start honorbuddy.

It also doesn't create any log file when I attempt to do this.

I am currently running windows 7 Home premium 64bit.

make sure that your OS is updated
also try a new Hb installation from scratch

I have tried both and still having the same issue, and have even run both wow and honor buddy under compatibility for the same OS.

have you created a exexeption in the firewall for HB

yeah I did and then I tried with no firewall on at all and it still isn't coming up

its okay, I fixed it decided to bite the bullet and instal a new OS And now have windows 7 professional 32 bit and its working for me now thanks though
