loading tiles problem socket exception

this happens since 2 hours...
do not know whats wrong and why is it trying to connect to 127.0.0.1?
no firewall or anything active.
installed nothing new....
my toon was questing in deepholm and this problem suddenly occures.

wtf it?s on party bot ^^ lol
it switch to party mode after restart. the problem is with one of kicks quest behaviors,, (sealing the way).

yeah after finishing the quests manual the profile goes on without problems...
