Load profile help

Somehow its quite difficult for me to load the profiles. Sometime I click one and a new beautiful window open. Other time I click a lot but nothing happens.
Is there any problem with my computer.
I usually close and open DB a couple of times and it may work.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
