Load Profile: From Buddy Store issues

I go to load profile - click on the 'from buddy store' and the Profile Browser box pops up... but nothing is ever listed. I have done many troubleshooting fixes and yet i still get the same result. Not sure if there is a fix, or i'm just being a complete idiot - but some input or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, i have picked out three different profiles to make sure it wasn't just one misbehaving.
I've been using profiles for years now - but never this 'streaming one'... getting frustrating

The only reason this happens is the Buddy Store account you are using for Honorbuddy is not the same Buddy Store account you used with your Web Browser. To have it work properly, you must use the Buddy Store account with the same email address that you used to purchase Honorbuddy.

So upon further inspection we were both right, and you pushed me in the right direction. I have 2 HB codes from 2 different email accounts. Though i had signed up with the 'correct' email on this site i was logging into HB with the 'older' code from the email that i can't remember. So i switched codes and it seems to be working well. Now i just have to see if i can't merge the two codes into my one account... Thanks for all your help Chinajade.

Hey i have bought the questing profile 1-100 and when im hit load from buddy store, pick WoD 90-92 there just stand loading profile and happens NOTHING!!!!
