Load Button isnt working anymore

i have a big problem...i was about to start my lvl1 warlock but i cant load a profil. Everytime i press Load i get an error and hb is shutting down.

use dx9 instead and let me know if that makes any difference


also tried a fresh installation from scratch?

tryed that a minute ago and the problem still exists

try this

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the DB installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
