Ok so let me get this straight. I get angry about your latest update with the arena removal. I state I'm changing providers in which case I already have, but I find it extremely unprofessional for you to delete my key. Regardless of my disagreement or personal opinion on your latest update I have still paid for services. If you are not going to fulfill your end of the services I will ask to be reimbursed in full.
