Live Map / CLick to Badnode

Hey guys =] Just wondering if i could make a request, I've been running into alot of trouble blacklisting nodes and it not working lately. Back about 7 months ago, I was using a brilliant bot called MMOtotus which had a live map for your bot and would show the path and nodes and if there was a node you wanted to badlist that didnt get blacklisted automaticly you could just click on it ^_^ what do you guys think ^_^!

Actually it was used in one bot long time ago... Bot was called 'mmototus' and i have some files on my hdd if someone wanna to check code..

hehe up, I have every version off TOTus on my comp i dono how to reverse engineer that feature tho I loved that about Mmototus

heres the thing, at least at the moment, theres no way to add anything extra to gatherbuddy, youll have to wait untill hb2 comes out and "IF" the gatherbuddy addon comes out for it to do any kind of development. currently if you where to implement something like this, i would have to be done out of the realm of gatherbuddy, by reading the memory directly, then reading badnodes, and making a program to show you the bad nodes a map of sorts. i guess what im saying is, it wont happen.

Blizzard shut them down when they was 3 months into development but the day they shut it down the creater said he would give out the source code if you pm'd him so it's worth a try trying to contact him if you know him a a friend. Also GB would get bad reputation if they rip the code of the developers without asking them first so i doubt hawker would use the files that you still have on your computer plus they will be very much out dated.

You are 100% right. I was proposing it only to give little more light on that topic. And indd creator of mmototus - after blizzard lawyers hunted him down, gave proposition to share his code.

It was sad that at the last min they decided not to share the code.. even tho they said they would on the upside.. I stilll love GB alot more.. runs alot quicker !!!!

Also i remember the little feature they had on the minimap showing you the mobs and other ally's/horde player's that are in your Area so you know if that area is getting abbused with people farming so you can go and farm a different area XD *cry* i miss Mmototus alot *cry*

Owell... look on the bride side of it, we still have GB and it's awesome XD could do with a few more smart little feature's but i fully understand that all the Dev's are busy with HB2 and the development is going amazing

i know you guys have your heat set on this, but even with the source, its not going to be easy just to implement. the only way to add in a feature like this would be to get nesox's or MaiN's attention with it.

Yeah I completely agree with you on that.. Both of them are rather busy tho WTB their life experiance... and knowlage... haha..

I dont see the problem since this is totally possible with the current HB2 release.
Writing your own 2D map in C# using a GUI has been done very often and also a ObjectDumper is implemented into HB, so thats basically all you need for this.
