little question with honorbuddy-quest bot

i was using kickazz quest profile from level 1-20 then i stopped, now i wanna use it again but it stays making level 20 20 quests, im sure that there is a option to change but im not sure where...

If you start this *midway* (73+), change <QuestOrder IgnoreCheckPoints="True" > -- True to False (Hint: Open the profile and change that line)
If you have BoA gear and / or guild XP, you may be doing green or lower quests / mobs and may also want to use this option
