Little problem with vendors

So I've been using HBrelogger, which works great, but sometimes I come across the could not find vendor error when I have 'automatically check for vendors checked. I'm using BGbuddy btw. Any help would be helpful

Edit: Forgot to add that the bot is trying to repair but it can't find the vendor when it's right in front of me >.<
