"Listening to an NPC's story" in a profile

Does anyone know the Objective/Collect or whatever tag when constructing a profile to "Listen to an NPCs story?" I've got the quest picked up, but need to 'listen to the story', before i can turn it in.

A profile fragment that demonstrates how to do this, would be much appreciated! Can someone fill in the blue question below?
