I bought Honorbuddy last night. When I went to the download page the site said I needed to "link your shop and forum accounts by clicking here". So I did that, and linked my accounts. I still can't download Honorbuddy. I sent an email but have gotten no response.
I am currently LOGGED IN to both my shop account and the forum account. When I click the Download button for Honorbuddy, a page comes up saying I have to log in, even though at the top of the page, it says I'm LOGGED IN.
It's just a continuous loop of me successfully linking my account, going to download Honorbuddy, and then the site telling me I need to link my account!!
Admin please help.
