So lets compare this to WoW....
World Kills, get you Gold and BoE items, Gold Sink can be Traded for Guild Bank Slots/regular bank slots/bags
BoE Items can be Disenchanted to Crafting Material, and Crafting Material can be Gathered...Coin to INFLUENCE he already stated is temporary buffs for WorldvWorld so not much of a big deal for Coin to Influence, plus the biggest gripe they had about that was the CASH to GEMS to GOLD....
Dungeons get you Coins/Tokens, yep WoW has the same thing, that get you BoP items...
PvP Honor points (karma?) that get you BoP items.....
So tell me how this is different than WoWs economy BESIDES the CASH to GEM to COINS or GEM ITEMS....because that is no different than using third party people to buy coins for cash that have a DIRECT influence on the economy.
Sorry mixed that up Karma = Reputation points, karma is a pve currency to get you bop items there is a different currency for pvp there is also a dungeon currency to get pve items. So karama is similar to reputation with different factions in wow but all under 1 currency.
WhySo lets compare this to WoW....
Because OP and others are trying to say this game cannot make money, and GW2 has a system that is SIMILAR to WoW, so why not compare one game to another game that is similar? Unless you think Comparing GW2 to Fallout or even Black OPs is the better choice?
The major difference being that in WoW, you can't buy gold officially. In GW2, you can. I'm sure there is still money to be made, if you can sell gold below the official price, there will be people willing to buy. Oh, another thing, unlike WoW, if you get caught buying gold in GW2, that gold will get removed from your account, so it's that much riskier to buy it unofficially.Because OP and others are trying to say this game cannot make money, and GW2 has a system that is SIMILAR to WoW, so why not compare one game to another game that is similar? Unless you think Comparing GW2 to Fallout or even Black OPs is the better choice?
