Lifetime key expired. Eligible for exchange for lifetime of anything else

I purchased a lifetime exilebot key for 3600 days.

I bought it on 8/14/2015 6:03:03 PM and it expired on 4/19/2016 10:05:18 PM

It says im able to exchange it for any of the other bots. What happened to my lifetime exilebuddy bot? Is it possible to fix this?
