You could use an addon that destroys junk and tell it to that item is junk

yes, GB1 deletes them

use your protected item file in your hb2 directory
in the profile there is a sell option for every color item (grey, green, blue,....)

I'm using GB, I don't think it has the same type of files or at least I can't find them

GB deletes them, there is no way to keep them afaik

You can use the wow addon lootfilter from curse or you can use GB(it destroys them by itself)
