Life time Key POE

I bought at the beginning of the year, a key lifetime, but now she's as expired and asking to exchange for another? The why of it? I do not want another key game because so game Path of Exile. Thank you!

i was also quite upset for not being able to exchange for one of the new keys of poe (2 x 1month maybe?).

I am ok with the new financing system, but the transition was done very poorly i must say.

I paid like 30€ 3 years ago for the lifetime key, and now they only let me exchange it against 8 types of keys for a set of games, which 3 (HB, AA, DB) of them i own already and the other 5 options, i either am not interested into, being detected, is for very old games or being updated very rarely (dead forum).

So basically they cashed the investment and show no sign of good customer relationship. The email support is in complete denial.
