[LFG] Full Bot Raid/RBG Group

may i ask what PQR means? Is it a combat rountine? i cant find PQR on this forum :(
 
PQR is a lightweight application that executes a rotation for you. Some PQR profiles are better than some offered here at HB, and vice versa.

thanks for the information, could i ask where to get that application and profiles... Sorry for a little off-topic but strange thing is i searched with google and came out with Queen Park Ranger damn it :(

Lol, say what you want. I've been a member of the Buddy community for a while. Using both Honor and Demonbuddy, I need to be fired if I work for Blizzard. =P

I'm not trying to advertise a different application on this forum. I've done enough by mentioning PQR. Sorry.
 
I'm totally kidding dude. I made a similar post a few months ago when i first joined to see if grouping bots was a real thing. I wanted to get a bot group together to run instances for leveling, but most people didn't think that was a good idea. At this point, I don't think it's a good idea either.

I've done end game raiding and there is always drama in raids/guilds. Normally, people just leave or get kicked. Now, what if 1 of the 10 people is a douchebag (highly likely)? He/She can just get pissed and go report all of you, or better yet, have one of his/her friends report you. Seems to dangerous to recruit a bunch of strangers and have them know for a fact you're botting. I think it's a great idea in principle, but too dangerous in practice.

I would be inclined to agree with you, if there wasn't a screening process. I've spoken to everyone individually about their raid experience, and what they're looking for out of the group. Additionally, everyone recruited so far has HM experience and HM gear on the toons they've brought over, giving that tell-tale sign that they will be using a main, or a very least a valuable account in this process. Seems sort of counter-productive to report a group, with the off chance they may be banned. Even then, how do you go about doing that to Blizzard without getting grilled yourself, and risking your own account?

-You can't use this thread, as it'd look awfully suspect you transferring off your server to the current one, when a recruitment message on a bot forum went up. Not to mention you're be showing proof you're a part of the Buddy community, even if a friend were to do it, it would make them look suspect.
-Report it yourself, without valid proof and you come off as just some guy that got butthurt that a rising guild did not need you anymore.

Unless your account is already under pressure, there shouldn't be a need to worry. To me, it would just look like, 'Player gets removed from raiding guild, and in spite, reports them trying to get them in trouble as a last ditch effort.' I'm sure high strung people report guilds all the time for silly things, trying to get them in trouble. In my old guild pre-bot, I used to get reported all the time. People wouldn't be up to snuff, I had to be the bad guy, they'd argue and I would shut them down. Then the classic, "Reported." Due to my offensive nature, I took to belittling them by making their flaws abundantly apparent, thereafter.

Half of the group is people I know in person, so that cuts our odds of being screwed over in half. Add on to the fact that most of the people so far have paid $55 for a faction and server change...again, it just seems counter-productive to invest money for something you're unsure about. We're missing a Shadow Priest, and they know this. We've got people in the group that were in Top 20 Guilds US. So, most everyone, if not everyone, is confident this will not fail.

One thing is for sure, I have to thank you for, what I'm sure will be, making my recruitment efforts a little harder with a tale of tin-foil hats.

Now, I do thank you for your concern. However, do you have a Shadow Priest? =P
 
Anyone who has an spriest and wants to get in on this but doesn't know a good profile, PureRotation V2 (HB) or Mentally's Hysteria (PQR) are amazing profiles! Keen up!

i have a level 44 priest i am currently getting full hierlooms for then power leveling to 90 he is disc and shadow
 
Love the idea. Raid time is a little too early for me, and also my priest is undergeared. Best of luck, this should be fun!
 
Hi, another offtopic. What is the Spec / PQR CC that your Mage is using?

Kingwow is good for frost, but sucks on the other 2 specs.
I tried frost PQR some time ago but it kinda doesnt works well... Dunno if I did something wrong since there is little information avaliable for newbies.
 
I hate moonguard, otherwise i would do it. lv 90 ilv 500 sham, 520 pally and 515 bear.
 
Also, I have a DK, Hunter, Monk at 90. Also have a mage, but I use her on my 10man HM...

Would build a character / transfer one of mine if it pleases you.
