LF Profile Switcher

I am looking for a plugin that could switch profiles on level up or at specified time.

All the ones I found googling are too old and now longer can be downloaded.

Please Post here a link if you guys know one

have you tried GB profile changer? i have a copy, but not sure if its outdated
