well being from the US i would say the US is a good option, however people in Canada are cool tool if you can deal with the cold. i do recommended you stay away from Mexico though, since ive herd there's a lot of bad things happening there lately.

Anywere near Melbourne Australia is good. Only thing is AUS has horrible ping.
And if you like hot wether you could go to QLD in Australia, only this is they have prodicted alot of rain possibly alot more flooding for the next year or so. But it;s still pretty dam warm up there!
