levelling in restro

I am currently trying to level a Druid in restro spec, however I can't seem to find a CC toballow me to do this.

The Cc seem to either only heal. Or do nothing but die and not heal when needed. I know the levelling process will be slow but I'm doing this to ensure I have the right gear all the way through the levelling process.

Use boomkin (Balance) for leveling. Same gear. Resto is not good for solo.
