Leveling %?

How come when you level up the % experience goes to 80 and not from 0 to 100 per level?

It is tracking your total current total xp out of the total xp for your next level. I.e. level 24 requires 560,000 xp total and level 25 requires 710,000. So when you reach level 24 it'll display 79%.

I have no idea why it's like this. Compared to the other more advanced features making it through, you'd think this would be an easy one to fix.
