Leveling no xp :(

I hit lvl 13 on my new account tonight.... After that I was going to use possibly a couple profiles one being a leroics manner profile and the other a highlands passage profile.

I am gaining ZERO xp from anything I kill or do.... Am I doing something wrong? Or missed something?
