Level Up a Guild

so if im going to do this should i have the guild master be a toon thats only one when im here and just have my gathering toons be members with higher rank? also i have a account without mop is there an easy way to have it just reapeat 1-10 over and over with new toons? i assume i prolly have to set each us manually

is it really worth it? doing 1-10? just run with your gather accs and have SuperGuildInvite + PimpMyGuild. You'll see it's alot faster than you think.
And write in the motd that if they do dungeons we get guild xp and theey get extra xp
