I am level 73 now, where should i go and start arch bot? is it ok if i start it in kalimdor?

I always use Kalimdor, just dont go past 375 untill your level 80.

Don't use keystones untill level 80 aswell then you will have chance to get better items alot faster.

some items allow you to use keystones that boost the number of fragments that you have obtained. basically making it easier to finish a certain item. However, when used on crappy items, its not always useful, thats why people suggest to wait till 80 when you start getting better items (epics and rares).
