Level 53 and need to get to 60 asap...

Hey guys im level 53 right now with one bubble, I want to know whats the fastest way to get to 60. I tried grinding + instance buddy recently, but IB has been acting like a tard not going back into dungeon and then when out of the dungeon it doesn't want to grind correctly.
