Stop trying to find out the reason for all these bans.
There is not only one way to get banned, there are many.
In my opinion these is how they do it:
First of all you have to be selected to be checked (this is what we call being flagged),
so being flagged is not equal to being banned, but is a step forward.
Then you will be checked and if they find out what they are looking for, you are banned.
(example: logs that proves you are running demonbuddy on your computer; and here
i must say, playing 24/7 is not a reason to get banned, is just a reason to be flagged)
Now let's write some reasons why we can be flagged:
-playing 24/7
-playing the same profile again and again
-getting stuck in one area for quite a long time
-not responding when someone is calling you on chat
-using RMAH on your bot account
-playing with multiple accounts from the same ip
-after you got banned(at least once), playing the same ip, mac address, OS, hardware configuration
-linking the same paypal account
-posting on DB forum with the same ip you are using for your bots
-one of your friends send a ticket telling them you have to be checked
These are some examples, if we use our brains we can make a huge list why we can be flagged.
Now the reasons why we get banned are many and we have to figure them; some of them may be:
-chatting a friend while DB is killing stuff
-going the same path every time you are in a certain area
-using TP exactly in the same spot
-using a relogger may leave some traces
-logs that proves you are running demonbuddy on your computer
ETC ETC ETC
What we must do is figure out as many of them and try to protect against.
I hope this is helping those who got banned more than once in the last month.
P.S. - For those who got banned in less than 24h:
As you can see blizzard was very active in the last few weeks.
If you got banned(at least once), playing the same ip, mac address, OS, hardware configuration or linking the same paypal account can get you flagged and banned very quick - so we can say they have a black list and you have to avoid it.
