Let's raise the price for credits in swtor

I heard of ppl exploiting 1 bil and not getting banned. do you realize how many credits they must've been farming?
so yea, 500 exploiters accs x1bil min each banned shoul've make an impact right away
that's why I'm saying it didn't happen

Well usually it is like that, but tell me, who can farm with a bot for 1-2m per day and make a profit with this prices, now its not about "rules" but about making a minimal profit for your effort.

how you can ? try ask reseller they cut for take 0.1 profit. they not interested if we "botters" take profit or no . they nice with take 0.1 profit so they cut cut and fight always

Guys , give it some time , most buyers got ther credits confiscated , it will take them some time to trust in gold sellers again , demand is preatly low comparring to pre patch. If u will had bought 100 mil credits , and then get them confiscated, will u place a order right away? U will be Angry , that u wasted your money for nothing.
The big buyers will wait for the tinks to cool down before placing other orders.
At least that is my opinion on the matter.

Why not bot and just stockpile the credits? It's stupid to think the prices wont go back up, I haven't turned off my bots yet despite the credit prices being in the gutter. Who cares about 20$ a month in extra power costs when you know for a fact credit prices are going to stabilize?

It won t get much higher. If we're lucky it goes up to 1.5$/m to reseller which is pretty good considering the hundreds of billions exploited and stashed away. I made 300mil in 4 hours exploiting macroing almost 100% afk with 1 ACCOUNT created just for that. There s people who ran it with 30-40 clients for weeks, so you do your math. They only took the credits on the char. There s no way they will go after gtn trades etc.

Throwing out a value like 20$ for power is pretty pointless since we have no idea how many clients/Pcs you run and your gph.

And all those price fixing ideas are absolutely worthless. It never worked and never will, BW bots might not even cover 5% of the credits sold.

Its already at around $1/m today at most resellers. Up from $0.4/m in less than a week. Yeah $1.5/m is a good estimate for future. Maybe even $2/m. But ppl plz don't expect some magical numbers like $4/m+. Not gonna happen!
It doesn't matter if BW doesn't cover % of credits sold as long as you are able to sell all BW stock at the suitable price.

I have a feeling he meant $20 for electricity per PC. Maybe Sub included.

For ex. this guy sells 60 lvl tokens(it only tokens) ~38k cartel coins(atm), I dont say about others, Packs.. and so on..

They probably bought Cartel Coins eaither with real money or more possibly stolen credit cards. And then bought this items that are selling them on the GTN. They are not producing credits doing that. Credits just switch from one account to another when the item sells on the GTN. So its not like the exploit where you could actually get credits from the vendor and it was like printing money bills. Thats why price dropped because last exploit was like printing money that everyone could do that means that the price of money (credits) drops. What that player is doing is probably money laundering from stolen credit cards. It will take him some time to sell those cartel items and level 60 tokens. Criminals usually bought direct credits with stolen credit cards and sell them right away back and get money on different PayPal. They used to do that but they can loose around 50% with that kind of method. Maybe they uped their level now by buying Cartel Coins and selling those items on GTN so that they can sell the credits they get and get money. I don't know about conversion rate for credits : cartel coins but thats probably what they are doing...

I see(thought only items). Anyway, those who sells(converts) cartel items for 1k USD per server > credits - dropping price too, what is sad.

You get credits from vendor if you sold that exploited items to vendor. Price is not dropping. Its going up almost each day. Resellers that bought for $0.4/m now do for $1/m. Don't know where you check your prices.

Stolen credit cards calculations:
2400 CC game card = $16.56
$1 = 145 CC
1 CC = 1400 credits (Hypercrate SAP)
1 CC = 1837.5 credits (60 token)

6x 2400 CC game card = $99.36 = 14400 CC

/ 2000 = 7x60 token sold for 25.725m

Payment: $100
Profit: $25 ($1/m sold to resellers)

Not worth it Better buy credits from PA/websites and then sell back elsewhere.

Don't know why are they doing this. Maybe someone had 50k CC on his account?

What they are doing is laundering, abviously.
No sucker in hell buys that much CC and sells those lvl 60 chars for JUST 3mil.

Lets face it guys, bioware fucked up big time with last patch and yes my interest is also in an alltime low.
