let me build mp 10 barb

Well, you will probably need to spend around 3-4 bil gold, which should equal to 70-80 euros/$ depending on realm.
Head: Mempo, 170 str 4 cc (dont even think about 6 one, that alone will cost you like 5 bil at leastl)
Shoudlers: 240str, 190 vit, 75+ares, (or you can try to craft, there is a really good chance to get decent high rolls on this item slot)
Ammulet: 170+str, 9%cc 70+cd and try to find an attack speed or very high average dmg one. (you can also try craft here too, but you will definitely need more time to get descent roll than you will need for a shoulders)
Chest & gloves: - Ik chest with 270 vit and 130-140 str - dont even bother with 170 str ones, they go as high as 2-3 bil each, Ik irons for gloves 9-10cc, 40+cd, and try to find ones with 50+ ares. Trifecta would be nice, but i believe those go skyhigh, somewhere in the range of 2bil (i am talking about high rolls here).
Bracer: laccuni prowless, 75-80str, 5%cc and at least 50 ares.
Jewelry: Both should be trifecta with at least 4%cc 35cd 6-7%as 40-50str and look for at least 40ares on one ring and look for ~30 average dmg on the other (or you can have both with average dmg ).
Belt: Here i would prefer a yellow lifesteal belt, as you already have the 60+ ares from the chest + gloves, and the melle dmg reduction doesnt seem to make huge difference at least to me, but you can benefit from the extra 60-70 vit (yellow can roll 150-180+ vit where ik belt can only roll to as high as 100). I would strongly suggest not to get witching hour, as tempting as it may seem, loosing that ls and ares is simply too important on mp10. You can get one with 190+str 60+vit and 70ares, but that alone will cost you at least 2bil easy.
Pants: Although inna seems tempting i would still opt for 190vit ~150str 70+ares 2 socket pants, simply because you will need the extra vit+ ares on mp10 at least till you hit paragon lvl 70-80. After you feel you have enough vit, get inna with 80str and at least 50-60 vit.
Boots: Ice climbers, try to find something with high vit and str, as well as the 12% movement speed (this is a must, ms = efficiency).
-As for weapon, Skorn is definitely cheaper and will resault in higher dps, and i will say this as loud as i can, you do not need ls skorn, get one with extremely high dps (you can easily get +150 average dmg skorn for the same price of ls skorn) as ~6% lifesteal (belt and 3% passive) is more than enough if you plan to skip elites.
And if someone says you will have problems with fury he will lie, coz mp10 white mobs have so much hp and you will definitely make enough crit hits to keep perma sprint up.
As for built, this can be debatable but i would like to go with the following:
Bash - bonus dmg
ww - huricane
overpower - 10% crit dmg
war cry - 20% ares (note this is not +20ares, but +20% on all your resist (up to 600 ares from 500)
sprint - rltw
battle rage - into the fray.
passives:
3%ls
ruthless
weapon master.
Also, this build is ment to run through white trash on mp 10 quite easily. If you plan to build barb for 1bil and run mp10, you will kill stuff way too slow, and you will lose efficiency by 70-80% at least. Why do you people even want to do mp10 runs any way ?

I'd also like to know this. If someone wouldn't mind taking the time to suggest a budget/stats that would be required to BOT at MP10 using a barb that would be really great.

this is wayyyyyyyyyyy overkill for mp10 trash. and people want to run it because its better items and legendaries per hour than anything else.

Well, if botting with 5 deaths/hour suits you, then yes this is overkill.
This build can probably trash mp 5-6 fairly easy... Also, for mp5 i would even switch to witching hour and drop the ls/ares from the yellow belt and get some whooping 250str, 9as/45cd witching hour. Keep the 3% ls passive though, or you will die to every reflect dmg pack. Also, you can use 80/80 inna's pants if already plvl 100, but would defenitely start with yellow ares/high stats pants and keep em until plvl 70-80.

lets cut it short then:
dual wield = less dps, more fury
Skorn = more dps, less fury
The one thing that everyone needs to see is that you need the fury to keep sprint up all the time, but i believe you can achieve this with skorn too coz mp10 mobs got way too much health and are certainly not one shot, so you should have fairly equal sprint up time as compared to dual wield, but the dps is defenitely way higher, cheaper too.

Paragon Level :: DiabloProgress - Diablo 3 Rankings all the highest unbuffed dps is dual wield (481k unbuffed) but ofcourse this is sheet dmg, unsure about real DPS but these barbs are worth... unafordable amounts lol
