Lenght of the data to decrypt is invalid

I'm having heavy issues while navigating at Twilight Highlands. It keeps saying the below, and eventually bot stops and will refuse to move (cant generate path). Mounting manually will "wake up" the bot and it will continue its path.
This happens only in certain areas of certains zones. Tried to do several times a fresh install, run without any plugins, but no success.... I simply cannot farm twilight highlands and other areas due to this problem.

delete mesh folder and re-download (or at least the 40_xx - 45_xx)
