ich denke du versuchst die ganze Zeit am Thema vorbei zu argumentieren.
Es geht hier nicht darum, dass der Legiondary Bot ein eigenständiges Produkt ist und viel Arbeit bei der Entwicklung in Anspruch nimmt.

No, I am not trying to argue in the wrong direction. I've only told you that one of the bots is down atm. and I also said why.
Next time we leave it online and you will get a wrong picture of the actual state or even a ban because its doing strange things.
Sorry but also our other products are down from time to time especially if the game its based on changes. That's the case here with legion coming up.

Es geht darum, dass viele User (auch ich) den Legiondary Buddy nur so früh gekauft haben, weil Ihnen ein früherer Zugang zum Legion Bot (natürlich nur als Alpha) in Aussicht gestellt wurde.
Ich habe den Legion Buddy am 22.07.2016 gekauft. Und bisher habe ich aber auch nichts von einem Beta oder Alpha Bot gesehen.

Das heißt, ich habe fast einen ganzen Monat verschenkt, nur weil mir falsche Dinge in Aussicht gestellt wurden.
Ich hätte den Legion Buddy nie gekauft, wenn ich nicht den Legindary Bot früher nutzen wollte. Alle anderen Bots sind für mich eher uninteressant. Und für HB habe ich sowieso eine Lifetime Lizens.

If you only bought it for this I am sorry to hear this but then you did not understand the point behind being a legendary member.
You still have access to all other products in this package. Sorry if you don't need it but then maybe waiting for the final release of legionbot would have been the right thing for you.

Also bitte nicht weiter dieses antrainierte BlaBlaBla, sondern mal eine richtige Stellungnahme zum tatsächlichen Problem.

2. Sehe ich es als nicht zielorientiert an mit dir weiter über das Thema weiter zu diskutieren, da du bereits in vielen anderen Post immer wieder vom Thema ablenkst.

Wie soll ich den etwas reklamieren, dass ich nie gesehen habe?

Ich warte jetzt einfach mal ab wann der Bot tatsächlich zur Verfügung steht. Ich verstehe meine Zahlung auch als Unterstützung eures Teams.
Eure Produkte sind es auf jeden Fall wert.
Von Bossland darf man aber auf Grund der missverständlichen Werbung schon erwarten, dass diese sinnlose Wartezeit nicht an eine 1-jährige Laufzeit angerechnet wird.

1. thats correct you can use the mentioned language here but the threadstarter started in english so its a question of respect to go on in english so that all other people can follow the topic.
If you want the same topic to be discussed in german please create a new german thread about it and I will answer in german as good as possible.

2. Please give me a hint where I go off-topic and did not answer? Give concrete examples which questions are still open after reading everything I've written here already!

3. You bought the product and legionbot was not available. If it is like you said you could have asked for a refund and ordered legionbuddy later again to see if this is again included or not.
You could also ask via email our backoffice department upfront.

I will point Bossland to this topic but your argument is .......ok let's end here. I understand your expectation and I am sorry I can't fulfill it.
