If you paid for the game with paypal, simply make a dispute.
Blizzard doesn't answer their disputes, so you'll win them.
I used to do that when I was banned and had bought my game licenses through their website

Since i bought the pack 59.98€ they said this

"Please note additionally that if you level a character or use the boost, to get past level 91, this removes any refund opportunity."

Dont understand some get refunded and get their chars locked and others dont.

Im just opening dispute , im done with this game and boting , also cant refund 100 euro stuff i bought here just 10 days ago....deja vu

All they refunded me was the 20.00 for the Legion upgrade since i didn't get to play in Legion. They said the game was used (bought on Jan 18th) they will not refund the entire amount. Which i think is not too bad considering..

It's been very hit and miss. Some people have reported they have received a full refund (US mainly); some have said they've done a lot better with Live chat instead of ticket; but it would seem the European team is less likely to refund than the US grp.

I could never understand why you would pay legion so far out from it's date, on a botted.

Just hold off lads, or buy a battlechest and RAF up accounts.

This is the same argument you can make to Blizz.

Why would I ever give you money 6 months in advance, forfeiting the interest/returns I can make with that money had I invested it elsewhere. (Instead now Blizzard can take this money of mine and invest and make interest on it instead of me). Why wouldn't I choose to only pay after the game has been released, or on the last day of the pre-sale which I will still get all the bonuses.

Instead, my reward for handing over the money early, is simply putting the money at risk of not able to get it back if you guys decide to ban my account for whatever or no reason. That would make pre-purchase the biggest scam in the world if they are able to deny refund even before the launch.


Anything else that you have used, ok fine partial refund or no refund is arguable. PRE-PURCHASE? You fucking kidding me.

I would pre-payment if I was 1000% never going to bot on that account or any other account. If it was a completely clean account; but I agree. Pre-purchase, pre-order really aren't worth it unless you're ultra committed to the game and the sign up benefits are insanezos. Since you are still able to use the boost even after the xpac release, its all gd.
