When getting a legion refund and the level 100 boost char is being removed, will it affect the rest of the account?
As in will I be able to play my other 100s in 6 month? :)

Yes - if you buy Legion again on the refunded account, however if you don't buy legion on it then the level 100 boost you used will be locked.

I did NOT get a refund. Here's the mail:

Hi, ***

Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with a refund because this account was closed due to a breach of the terms of use, and as such no refund is applicable.

Should you experience any further problems, please contact us again by creating a Support Ticket in your Battle.Net Account Management page found here: https://battle.net/support/ticket/submit

So why in the world are you guys getting refunds and I don't? Is there anything I can do here? (Account is EU)

Sweet!!

I submitted a Ticket. And have been refunded.

Please be advised that when it comes to purchases on Battle.net, all sales are intended to be one-way and final, and therefore refunds or reversals of purchases is not something which Blizzard can guarantee.

With that said though, we do understand that mistakes happen from time to time, as we're all human after all, and so in certain situations we may be able to grant an exception and provide assistance.

In your case, as the expansion has not yet launched, we've agreed to grant you an exception in this situation.

As a result, I have now registered a refund request in the amount of £34.99 GBP and we are proceeding with a few necessary checks and verifications on our own end as it relates to the refund, prior to the funds start to get transferred back to the method of payment you used.

Please note that the estimated time to process a refund varies from 5 - 20 banking days, so don't be alarmed if it takes a few days or even a couple of weeks before the money is returned.

I hadn't purchased Legion yet, however I can attest to the fact that Blizz is good about refunds on 'pre-purchases' of expansions as well. I had the same situation in MoP getting numerous accounts banned and Blizz was very helpful and quick with refunding the WoD prepurchase (not the current expansion purchases of course, but at least the 70$ prepurchases for the upcoming expansion) on all of my banned accounts.

I purchased the whole package on EU for 59,98€. The whole package will now be refunded within 21 days.

What exactly did you request a refund for? Either the rep that reviewed your request doesn't know how to do their job or you requested a refund for something other than Legion pre-order. There may be certain types of pre-orders that are nonrefundable.

In Germany they have to give you a subscription refund, if the subscription has not pass the 14 day rule ;) Just did it on my 2 banned accounts.
