Legendary Drop rate Nerfed

The Legendary drop rate has been nerfed. Or so I feel. I have found three legendarys in the last 9 hours... Anyone else feel this way? Here are a few quotes from players over on Reddit.

I haven't found anything in a few days either. 2 legendaries, both brownstones, in the last two days. With max magic find( 450% with nv and mp) I've tried my 10 minute alk runs, I've tried full act 3 clears, and nothing. Then I looked at my sales history and I've only sold one item for over a million gold in more then a month(I do have all characters at 60, so I have kept a couple of things). Making it really hard to keep playing this game. Everyday I put in a couple of hours hoping something good is right around the corner. Always disappointed.

I found one ~5m Chant's source in the past week and a half, that's it. If I didn't know better I'd swear they turned off the loot faucet. And it's not just because of the relative value of average gear these days either... everything I pick up is complete trash.

I really doubt it. It's pure luck and chance. I just remind myself of all the shitty hands I've had at the casino, and all the hot streaks. I think the same applies to Diablo. You're just having bad luck at the moment

Edit: Luck is tough for humans to comprehend. Although it may not be likely to, for instance, win a lottery jackpot twice in a row, or to get pulled over by different cops twice on the same drive home from work, or to get shot when you walk into the gas station to buy a pack of smokes, it does happen fortuitously.

Edit 2: Fortuitous: Happening by accident or chance rather than design.
