Is there a profile for LFR that will run each raid in order so you are able to essentially afk the legendary cloak?

Just use DungeonBuddy to run your LFRs. There's no way to make a profile to get the legendary cloak. It's far too complex to do. Simplest thing to do is run DungeonBuddy. It does all the LFRs if I'm not mistaken.
