Where and when did Blizzard say gold will be BoA?

It wouldn't make sense to make gold BoA because you need gold to repair.

I could be wrong tho, but from playing WoW for the first time, the items u get in dungeons are tradable for up to 2 hours... Boa gold means killing a currency and means of trading in D3 ... that is my 2 cents.
