honestly I have seen more legendary drops during full campaign runs than farming...but for mass mobs/elites IMO the best spots are Core (act 4), keep depths (Act 3-especially keep depths 2), and Vault of the assassin (act 2)...and hit all the destructibles you can along the way as I have seen most of my drops come from pots/chests..happy hunting
