Leave instance when i reached dead count in dungeon with dungeonbuddy

when bot die in dungeon with dungeonbuddy, it often going wrong way and keep dying after resurrect.

then people know that i'm bot and kick me with report.

so i think this plugin is good idea for avoiding banned.
