I love this CC!
Taunt tactics for e.g. Ultraxion are done manually, but this is honestly a piece of cake to do by yourself, but not easy to code. (what about exceptions? It must be flexible)
Manual interrupt is fine, then you can decide when to trigger your cd, as more fights have multiple casts which can be interrupted, but only a few of them needs to be interrupted or you are on cd when you need rebuke.

I have seen that the other Lazyraider CC's have Dragon Soul logics implemented, why not this one?
For example this should use the button at Ultraxion when afflicted with the "Fading Light" debuff, I know from the other CC's that the timing is so perfect, we could even tank Ultraxion solo with it

Could you implement it maybe?

Here we go guys I updated the CC to work with the new Honorbuddy seeing that I use it a lot when
tanking heroic raids. I also added my Dragon Soul login into the CC.

Note that the rotations still need updating, this is not an actual release!
