Launching off screen?

I only have one monitor connected but when db launches it launches way off to the right. If I click the icon on the taskbar to maximize/minimize I can see the window flying out to the right and back. I'm on win10 so I can't right-click the icon on the taskbar and select "move" then use the arrow keys like you could in win7.

Happening on my other machine too. Both machines only have one monitor, one is amd gfx, other is NVidia. Both machines running win10 1607 if that matters. If I go to Task View I can see the DB window fine and that it started, but I can't drag it so it's on screen, really weird.

clear your settings folder

Thanks. I edited the xml file in that folder and set the window position to 1000 and 0 and I can see it now.
