launch failed

was working fine till two days ago when it started saying launch failed, i tried reinstalling and geting new update file and tried tweaking it and all settings are correct so cant wonder whats wrong, can anyone help me plz

Do you have any antivirus such as Avast, Mcafee, AVG, Norton, etc installed?
Do you have .NET 4.5.1 installed?

Have you tried installing the buddy wizard?

yes i have .net 4.5.1 and only have defender on windows 8.1, buddy wizard had 2 green ticks on both items
