"Launch failed"

I am new to AB so prolly got this wrong but account all set up but keeping getting "launch failed". I use VPN but have tried with this turned off. all avast exclusions done.

Attached the latest log and dx etc

any help would be great - thanks!

Hi, launch failed indicate that AB cant connect to Glyph servers, or you enter invalid password\login for your account.
Also check your glyph authenticator (maybe you have this one).
