As stated in title since update today i try to launch any client na or eu and get error:

6:17:12 PM: Version updated: 14.04.2016
6:17:25 PM: Starting account [email protected]
6:17:35 PM: Authentication success! Checking for store products. This may take a while.
6:17:35 PM: Done. Receive info about 5 buddy store plugins.
6:19:05 PM: Launch failed. Download game data failed. Code 0.
6:19:05 PM: [email protected]: logout success

i was thinking of trying a fresh install of ab but is there a way to do this without losing my account setting etc?

new install seems to be doing the same thing, path to client and everything seems to be set up right... i guess i am only one having this problem? I don't know what could be wrong

Hi, Code 0 = timeout. This can be if you cant download around 600-900kb from server within 90seconds

I have 30 M cable connection and never had a problem like this before, it connects to the game fine using glyph but when i launch with ab it just hangs for like a minute and gives error. It just started this today, using win 8.1

i can get on na server fine but i get that msg when i try to get on eu now after patch and it also says before this line

that there is an unknown game client version and that's why it fails. This only on eu server na works fine
