Latency To Buddy Services Spam

Well I'm sure you're getting plenty of this report so you're probably aware of it but ever since I've deleted my old buddy folder and did a clean install with all CR + ENYO disabled on buddystore this is what I'm seeing when I load HB.

As you can see all the buttons are grayed out and every so often it will just spam "Latency To Buddy Services"

I've tried the clean install both using recommended installer and zip files. Honorbuddy: 3.0 r15964 Build 846

Still experiencing the same spam. Would like a dev to advise me further on what I could do to troubleshoot the issue.
